Within the greater Gauteng region, a Karo delivery vehicle will deliver your order. For all other regions, we use a third-party courier service.
- All products delivered by a Karo vehicle are wrapped in protective plastic packaging.
For added protection, products delivered by courier are packed in a cardboard box.

The transport time from our factory to your door is as follows:

The Fenix has a synchronous mechanism that promotes Dynamic Sitting.
Dynamic sitting occurs in an office chair that is fitted with a mechanism that allows the angle between the backrest and seat to change. By continuously changing this angle, you automatically stimulate, or activate various muscles in your lower back, core and legs. As a result, the blood flow through these muscles increases, bringing oxygen and other nutrients to the muscles and carrying away the waste products of muscle metabolism. By doing so, muscle fatigue and it’s associated pain is reduced, particularly in the lower back, core and legs.
A synchro mechanism ensures that the movement of the backrest is always greater than that of the seat.
This tilt mechanism allows the seat and backrest to move relative to each other in a fixed 2:1 ratio.
In other words, for every 1 degree that the seat tilts, the backrest will move 2 degrees in the same direction.

This chair feels great! Its been super comfortable from the get go, and I forget that its there (which is a good thing). I am on the heavy side, and I have not once felt like it was fragile or under strain. The lumbar and armrest support is a game changer – previously i needed to add my own support, but the lumbar support on this chair just easily adjusts to where i need it to be. The mesh back is also super strong, and doesn’t stretch or sag when i lean back on it with my full weight.

What a great experience dealing with Karo! They were very quick to process and ship my order. My husband bought the Fenix Ergonomic Office chair with a headrest first, and after seeing how comfortable it was, I decided to get one too, although I opted for the version without the headrest.
The chair provides excellent support in every way, from the lumbar support and armrests to the adjustable seating options. As someone who struggles with lower back issues and has spent most of my working years sitting on a regular office chair, the Karo has been an absolute blessing.
I spend approximately eight hours a day in front of my computer, and the difference in comfort is remarkable. The chair is sturdy, well-built, and feels like a quality product.
The packaging was also impressive and provided excellent protection during delivery. Although the box arrived with a dent at the top, the chair itself was completely undamaged.
I would highly recommend the Karo chair to anyone looking for comfort, support, and quality, especially if they spend long hours at a desk.
