Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After a long deliberated Google search, I narrowed down my chair choice to the Leila. The chair provides everything as promised. Maximum customization and comfort for long hours of office work. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for an ergonomical office chair

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've only had the product a few days, but so far, so great. Everything, from the quality of the chair, to the ordering process, to delivery, was amazing. I received emails along the way to tell me the progress. My lower back problems are starting to disappear since using the chair. Very happy customer so far.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic chair, expensive but worthwhile, especially as a taller/heavier person. Fast service, good communication and a 10year warranty on the Orthopedic chair gives me some confidence I'm sorted for a while.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Karo Manufacturing was very quick to process my purchase. Their products are exceptional quality and the Fenix Erinomic office chair I bought comes with a 10 year warranty, which should already tell you about their confidence in their product and built quality.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finding the right office chair is difficult, but finding people who are passionate about what they sell is even harder.

I visited Karo’s showroom at the factory and could test all the different models until I found the right one for me—the upholstered Vera. George has been with Karo for almost 20 years, and his knowledge and service were exceptional.

The same excellent service continued from the switchboard through to the driver, who carried the chair into my office and set it up.

Thank you to George and the whole Karo team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great chairs at a decent price. Went through multiple Makro chairs in 5 years. I now decided to get quality based on reviews. Paid a bit more but my back is happy and so far both office and home chairs are holding up nicely! Worth it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I bought a kneeling chair from Karo. I wanted it urgently. Ronel assisted me, she was amazing. Put the order through as a rush and it was delivered the next day. I absolutely love the chair, it is solid, well made and perfect for what I needed. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Karo's service was excellent, their staff knowledgeable, they went way above and beyond anything expected. Thank you Karo - it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am thrilled with the size and quality of my new height adjustable desk. The service and delivery teams did a great job of keeping me posted and they set my desk up in a couple of minutes and did a great walk through of the reprogrammable settings. A great find for a brilliant price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After extensive research into high-end orthopedic chairs, I decided on Karo's Ortho2XL Orthopedic Chair, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I placed my order on a Friday morning, and to my surprise, it was delivered to George within just two business days. The chair arrived fully assembled, securely packaged, and in perfect condition.

Karo clearly knows how to do business. Their service was professional, communication was excellent, and the delivery was exceptionally fast and reliable. If you're looking for a premium orthopedic chair backed by outstanding customer service, I can highly recommend Karo.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I placed an order (Order No. 41660) on 24 June 2026, and as of 3 July 2026, I have still not received it.
What is particularly frustrating is that I have already received an email asking me to rate both the product and the service, despite the fact that my order has not yet been delivered.
I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and an estimated delivery date. Hopefully, it will arrive sometime next week.
Thank you for your assistance.
