1. Collection Process

- Within the greater Gauteng area, one of our vehicles will collect the product from you.
- For all other areas, our preferred courier will collect the item.
- Please ensure the product is securely repacked to prevent damage during transit.

Collection and delivery to our factory may take up to 5 working days.

2. Refund Process

- Refunds for credit card payments will be credited directly to your VISA or MasterCard account.
- For debit card and EFT payments, we may need to contact you for your banking details.

Once we have processed the refund, it may take up to 5 working days before the funds appear in your account.

Has the chair been securely repacked?

YES - That's great, we will authorise collection. If the item is not securely repacked, it may be damaged during transit which can delay your refund.
